17 Year Old Girl Lures A Man From Lagos To Osun, Takes Him To Her Boyfriend Who Robs Him of N1.5m

The Nigeria Police Force have arrested a 17-year-old female student, Victory Ehiremen of University of Osun State, Ikire campus.

Victory was paraded alongside her boyfriend, Ayobami Ariyo by the Police before journalists at state police command headquarters in Osogbo, Osun State on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023 after luring a man from Lagos state to Osun and defrauding him of the sum of N1.5m.

Victory disclosed that she met the Ayobami on social media few days before the incident and after chatting with the complainant, he was invited to Ikire.

During the visit, Ayobami was then lured to the house of her boyfriend where he was attacked by some guys and defrauded the sum of N1.5m.

While speaking at the state Police command headquarters, Victory revealed that her boyfriend who is an internet fraudster, gave her just N40,000 gift out the sum they realized from the unlawful act two days after the incident.

Meanwhile, the State Commissioner of Police, Kehinde Longe disclosed that immediately the information about the incident got to their hearing, the NPF swung into action and got the suspects.

Kehinde’s word reads:

“Immediately the case was reported, police detectives swung into action and arrested one Ariyo Ayobami from his hideout.

“Preliminary investigation led to the arrest of the two other accomplices. Efforts are ongoing to arrest other culprits while the suspects will be charged to court after the completion of the investigation.”

Furthermore, Victory told the journalist that she never knew that her boyfriend forcefully obtained money from the complainant.
